The consultation fee is Rs 1000/- and it includes one follow-up video consultation within 5 days of registration. Follow-ups after 5 days will be considered as new consultation. 

 

The Consultations are purely on appointment basis. Kindly be in the clinic ten minutes before your scheduled appointment. If in case you are unable to visit the clinic, kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least two hours prior to the scheduled appointment. It is very important to do so because the same slots can be given to other patients in need. Please do note that in case of an emergency, the consultations with the doctor can be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled.

This clinic is exclusively for consultations and ESWL. We do not have in house diagnostic facilities and pharmacy. Doctor will suggest a nearby diagnostic center for the investigations (if required). However patients can get the investigations done in any good diagnostic center of their choice. The Medications advised by the doctor can be substituted by any equivalent brand or a Generic and they can be purchased from any pharmacy.

This clinic is not suitable for patients on wheel chair or a stretcher. Patients are requested to consult Dr Rajeev Bashetty at United Hospital, Madhavan Park Circle, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore with prior appointment.

In case of any emergency, patients are requested to visit any nearby hospital or Visit Emergency department of United Hospital, Bangalore.

Video Consultation  services will be provided online with the Doctor and that there will be no physical examination. The diagnosis based on Online Consultation  will be a provisional one. You may be asked to visit the clinic for a physical examination if required to arrive at a definitive diagnosis and further treatment. By booking the Teleconsultation appointment you agree and give consent  for the same after understanding its limitations
